After enjoying first-class pork ribs on a bed of La Palma honey, a smooth dessert of ice cream with locally grown figs rounds off your meal. Both these fresh and innovatively flavoured delights were created by Paco Ascanio.
Muralla birdsnest
Created in 2005 by Paco Ascanio, our star chef from Gran Canaria, this nest of potatoes embedded in a sweet-sour sauce is certainly the favourite dish of our guests, both Spanish and international.
